NORMAN A. GARCIA, CPHD, ERS QAS (MURB), LEED BD+C

​​

Norman is a Passive House Designer certified by the Passivhaus Institut in Darmstadt, Germany and an EnerGuide Rating System Quality Assurance Specialist for Multi-Unit Residential Buildings certified by the Natural Resources Canada. He is also a designated Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional specializing in Building Design + Construction (LEED AP BD+C). Norman has been personally trained by former US Vice President Al Gore and The Climate Reality Project to serve as a volunteer Climate Reality Leader. He graduated B.S. Civil Engineering from the University of the Philippines Diliman.

ARISTEDES C. DAYANGHIRANG, P.Eng., CPI

​

Aris graduated B.S. Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Philippines Diliman and an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector. Aris has an extensive background in custom metal equipment and surface drainage design using 3D CAD like Autodesk Inventor and Solidworks and is knowledgeable in sheetmetal design and manufacturing processes. He is also doing volunteer work for community groups like UPAA-MB and FMC-EGM. He likes to travel with his family, loves watching sports and concerts, and enjoys music by singing and playing a few instruments.

EDWIN C. MADERA, P.Eng., CPI

Edwin graduated B.S. Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Philippines Diliman and an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector. Aside from doing home inspection, he is designing sheet metal and metal alloy products for architectural and construction purposes, and food industry. He is active in doing volunteer work for community groups (like UPAA-MB and FMC-EGM), Winnipeg Harvest and Siloam Mission. Outside of work and family, he is active in geek interests and dabbles in sport activities like badminton.

REBECCA G. JOSON, EIT, CPI

Beck graduated B.S. Civil Engineering and B.S. Environmental and Sanitary Engineering degrees from the Mapua Institute of Technology, and an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector. Beck has an extensive experience in construction, project management, and retail management. She loves watching TV series and listening to motivational songs.

KA CHUN (STEVEN) CHEUNG, NRCan EA

​

Steven graduated from the Energy Advisor program at the Red River College Polytechnic and an NRCan-certified Energy Advisor (EA). He believes in making homes and buildings more energy-efficient and comfortable. Steven helps homeowners make informed decisions about retrofitting their homes and provides professional energy audits. He came from Hong Kong and was proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin. Outside of work, he likes hiking and camping with his family and friends.
